Will you contact my client without my knowledge?
SproutBox will never reach out to your clients without prior permission, and or engaging you in a conversation.
What information do I need to provide to submit an introduction?
In order to submit an introduction we need your client’s full name, email address, and phone number. Additional information (e.g. company name, number of desks, city of interest, etc.) will help us speed up the process.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can introduce?
No. The more clients you introduce, the more you can earn!
When will I receive my fee payment?
When your client joins SproutBox, you’ll receive your initial fee. Fees are paid out within 7 days of clients payments on a month on month basis. SproutBox does not make payments in a lump sum manner and requires brokers to engage coworkers to maintain retainers.
How will I know if my client introduction was successful?
You’ll receive an automatic email notification from SproutBox as soon as your client signs a membership agreement.
Will I earn additional fees if my client expands at SproutBox?
Yes. For expansion agreements (client net desk growth), you’ll earn 10% of your client’s gross membership fee for up to 12 months.

Can I give the tour myself?
Yes, but a SproutBox team member will always accompany you.
Do I need a RERA Registration Number?
SproutBox in Compliance with the Government of India regulations pays Commissions only to RERA Registered Brokers. If you are not registered with RERA, we will not be able to pay you a Brokerage on your deal. In case you are an International Broker and do not have a RERA registration, write to our team at care@sproutbox.in and someone will get in touch with you for your Specific Need.
