Our Spaces use a Minimal Design Philosophy, and ensure that from the pieces of Furniture, to Decorative on the Walls are all hand-picked, made by local artisans, and fit into the space without standing out. We believe Design needs to be transparent, only seen when you look for it.
Poeple assume, that you will have to run shoulders and elbows with each other when you work from a CoWorking Space, while this could be true for some spaces, at SproutBox we build our spaces to have roughly 32 to 50 square foot per person for the usable space, so you never have to bump into someone or lean over at someone’s screen.
The environment is an essential part of our growth, and well being. SproutBox uses only live plants and we have a full time team that takes care of them. These plants are special chosen to clean the air, increase oxygen indoors and to have a calming affect on our bodies.
With Pollution levels soaring in our Cities, it is our effort to make sure that the air in our buildings is breathable. From using a mix of Electronic and Passive Air purifiers, to testing and measuring parameters 24×7 SproutBox has one of the cleanest indoor environments amongst co-working spaces.
Keeping you Healthy is at the Core of SproutBox, if you are not healthy – how will you grow your business. SproutBox checks it’s Water Quality on a weekly basis, and closely monitors all parameters. With a Fully trained team to test Water Quality and other parameters – Whether the Water goes into your Tea, Coffee ard or you fill the bottles to take them home – we ensure that the water is drinkable, and upto global standards of cleanliness.
Are your Agreements Really Month to Month?
Yes. Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.
For the exception of some of our dedicated space plans, all other pricing plans only require a month to month commitment.
When should I Inform SproutBox that I am Moving Out
Members are required to give a notice of a Month, and we require it at the beginning of the month that they want to move out in. In case you are moving out at the end of July, then SproutBox requires you to give the notice at the Start of July.
Can I Work from Other SproutBox Locations?
Yes, as a SproutBox Coworker member, you can work from all our locations.There is no additional fee for this. In case you want to drop in to our location it is always great to have the community manager from your home location send us an email. If you did not do that, don’t worry – just walk in and our Community Managers will help you find a seat as per the availability on that given day.
Do you charge for Tea / Coffee Etc?
All our Locations have Pantries that are fitted with Vending Machines to Dispense Tea and Coffee, some of the Locations also offer Soup and Lemon Tea, all these beverages our free. Some of our Locations have Paid Cafeteria services, as well as Paid Vending machines in Addition – if you buy something in these areas, they are chargeable separately and need to be settled directly.
What is the Internet Speed you provide?
SproutBox is backed by an Information Technology Services Company and we are proud to have one of the Finest Network Deployments amongst CoWorking Spaces. Our Network is designed to give you a speed of upto 10 megabits per second without any restrictions on data transfer. In case you require higher speeds, dedicated IP addresses or a specific provider, talk to our Community Managers, and they will align with our IT team to help you get this done.
Are your Prices Inclusive of Taxes?
No, All prices mentioned on the website and or quoted by our sales team, or any team member needs government taxes and levies to be paid separately. Currently in India, the Government Levy is Goods & Service Tax (GST) charged at 18%
Can I use the SproutBox Address?
Yes, you can use the SproutBox Address (For the Location you are a Member of) on your Visiting Cards and Letter Heads. While we do not charge for this service, you should inform your community manager of the same. We also offer Registration Services, Mail Handling and Other Services – Talk to our Community Team for knowing more on this.
Is it Possible to get a Separate Internet Line for my team?
Yes it is possible, while there maybe charges involved.
Is it possible to Store my Server at SproutBox?
Some of our locations offer a Full Sized Data Centre, Server Room to store your Servers – yes it’s possible at these sites, and comes at a charge that our community managers can discuss. For our locations that do not offer this service, we can provide you co-location in one of System3’s Data centres across the country and provide a private VPN Access to your Server at a chargeable basis.
Can I Invite My Friends, Colleagues for a Meeting?
Each of our Plan includes Conference Room usage hours. You are more than welcome to invite your Friends, Colleagues for a Meeting in the Conference Room as long as you do not over use your hours.. SproutBox also offers Meeting Areas / Breakout Areas and other Lounging Areas across the Facility where you can invite your friends, and meet them without worrying.
In case your friend or colleague wants to work from SproutBox, please speak to our community manager for a Day Pass.
Can I Book Unlimited Hours in Conference Room?
No, we allow a maximum of only 20 Hours Per Month for Booking in a Conference room, in addition to the number of hours allotted to you. This is to be in fairness to other CoWorkers, and no one using the Conference Room as a Private Office.
What does Free Tech Support Mean?
SproutBox being backed by an Information technology company (System3) provides us with resources and on-site tech support personnel. They can help you remove viruses from your computer, or answer any question you may have related to technology. In case you are looking at building an App and or Discussing Database strategies, some of our team leaders are also available for a consult. Our Tech Support Team can also help you with Upgrades, Purchases and any other Information Technology needs you may have. While Support comes included in your services, other things maybe charged separately.
Can I Share My Seat?
SproutBox allows for Sharing of Seats if you are on a Dedicated Seat. A charge of Rs. 999 Per Month + taxes is levied for any additional person who maybe sharing the seat. But remember at one time only one of you can use the Seat. A seat can be shared maximum with 1 Person.
In case of a Team Room / Private Suite – there is no additional charge, as long as you are not using more seats / seating than planned in the room.
Do you charge a Security Deposit?
SproutBox charges a Security Deposit of 2 Months from it’s Members. The Security Deposit is non-interest bearing and is held at SproutBox till the end of your term. In case you choose to cancel your plan – SproutBox refunds the Security Deposit after adjusting any outstanding amount that is in your account within 1 week of the cancellation of your services.
Is there a Lock-in to your services?
No there is no lock-in, we are truly on a month to month renewal. Spaces that are dedicated and or custom built may come with a different agreement, and should be discussed with our community team.
Does SproutBox Offer a Referral Discount?
Yes, we offer you a 10% Discount on your Month’s Fee in the month your referral joins SproutBox, and your Referral also gets a 10% Discount. That is a Whopping 20% saving for both of you put together.
Is There Advance Booking of a Meeting Room Required?
Each of our Locations have several Meeting Rooms, from 4 People to 40 People. We request that you make an advance booking using our Booking manager before you use the Room as at the last moment the rooms may not be available. This is also advisable in case you are booking a Meeting Room in a location that is not your home location.
What Happens if I exceed My Quota of Meeting Hours?
For upto 20% higher usage than your Quota, SproutBox does not charge you for Meeting Rooms. Any usage over and above the 20% of your allotted Quota is chargeable depending on the Room Tariff of the type of Room you are using.
Can I join middle of the month? How does my Invoicing Work?
We are happy to have you join on any specific dates. Our billing is done on a Month-to-Month basis, and your Joining date will define your Billing start. In case you need Billing for a Specific Period or a Pro-Rata Basis, our Accounts team will help you out getting this setup.
Do You Offer Advanced Pre-Pay Options?
Our Standard Plans required to be paid Monthly in Advance, and is charged directly to you. We do offer prices that require you to pre-pay, and have pre-pay options from 3 Months (Quarterly) to 6 Months (Half Yearly). Choosing one of these options allow you to get a lower affective monthly tariff.
