Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments for SproutBox Coworking Spaces are received in the name of Glisco Advisors LLP, having its Registered Office at 301, Siddharth Building, 96 Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019, India.
1. No Refund Policy
All membership fees, workspace bookings, meeting room reservations, virtual office services, and add-ons are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
2. Security Deposit Refund
The only refundable component is the security deposit collected at sign-up, subject to:
- Settlement of all outstanding dues.
- No damage to workspace, furniture, or equipment.
- Return of access cards, keys, or assets.
- Completion of exit formalities.
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after verification via original payment method or bank transfer.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or email. Cancellation does not entitle the member to any refund of paid fees.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for non-usage, change of mind, business closure, relocation, or early termination by the member.
