SproutBox Coworking Spaces is owned and operated by Glisco Advisors LLP, having its Registered Office at 301, Siddharth Building, 96 Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019, India. All services, payments, invoices, and contractual obligations relating to SproutBox Coworking Spaces are executed solely under this legal entity.

1. Services

SproutBox provides coworking workstations, private cabins, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and related workspace facilities on a membership, subscription, or booking basis. All services are subject to availability, timely payment of applicable fees, and compliance with these Terms and applicable house rules.

2. Membership Rules & Acceptable Use

Members and visitors agree to:

• Use the premises strictly for lawful business or professional purposes.
• Maintain decorum and a respectful environment for all coworkers.
• Refrain from activities causing disturbance, nuisance, harassment, excessive noise, or safety concerns.
• Not sub-lease, transfer, or share access without written permission.

Rights of Entry Reserved

SproutBox reserves the absolute right to refuse entry, suspend access, or require any person to leave the premises if, in its reasonable opinion, such person creates disturbance or nuisance to other occupants, violates workspace policies or lawful conduct standards, or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour. Such action may be taken without refund, except for any eligible security deposit as defined below.

3. Payments

• All membership fees, booking charges, and service payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Access to services begins only after successful payment confirmation.
• Prices, plans, and inclusions may be revised with prior notice where applicable.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of sign-up for select plans. Refund of the security deposit is subject to settlement of all outstanding dues, no damage to workspace or property, completion of exit formalities, and return of access assets. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after verification.

5. Limitation of Liability

SproutBox shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, business interruption, data loss, consequential damages, or failure/interruption of third-party utilities or services. Members are responsible for safeguarding their own property and insurance where required.

6. Suspension or Termination

Access to services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment of dues, violation of these Terms or workspace policies, misuse of premises, unlawful activity, or behaviour affecting safety, security, or peaceful use by others. No refunds shall be provided upon termination except any eligible security deposit.

7. Changes to Terms

Glisco Advisors LLP reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of SproutBox services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes arising from the use of SproutBox Coworking Spaces shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
