At SproutBox, we strive to provide flexibility while maintaining fair policies for all members. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

3. Monthly Memberships
Dedicated Desk & Private Suite
- Cancellation Notice: 7 days required
- Pro-rated Refund: Available for unused days after the 7-day notice period
- Mid-month Cancellation: Charged for the full month if notice is not given 7 days before the next billing cycle
- Security Deposit: Refunded within 14 days after final day, subject to damage assessment
4. Event Space Bookings
- 30+ days notice: 100% refund
- 15-30 days notice: 75% refund
- 7-14 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
5. Coupon Codes
- Coupon codes used for bookings are not refunded upon cancellation
- One-time use coupons cannot be reused after cancellation
- Multi-use coupons may be used again if within validity period
6. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Submit Cancellation Request

- Include: Booking ID, Date, and Reason for cancellation
Step 2: Confirmation
- You will receive cancellation confirmation within 24 hours
- Refund amount will be specified in the confirmation
Step 3: Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees and registration charges
- Parking fees paid to Mall of Mysore
- Additional services (printing, beverages, etc.)
- No-show bookings
- Late cancellations as per policy above
8. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, etc.):
- You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided
- SproutBox will notify affected members as soon as possible
9. Facility Closures
- If SproutBox cancels your booking due to facility issues, you will receive a full refund
- We will attempt to provide at least 24 hours notice when possible
- Alternative arrangements may be offered
10. Disputes
If you have concerns about a refund:

- We will review your case within 48 hours
- Our decision will be communicated in writing
- Final decisions rest with management
11. Payment Gateway Charges
- Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Refund amounts are net of payment gateway charges
- Currency conversion charges (for international payments) are non-refundable
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
