Welcome to SproutBox Coworking Space. By accessing our premises or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

SproutBox provides coworking space, meeting rooms, and related services including:

• Day passes for flexible desk access
• Dedicated desk memberships
• Private suite rentals
• Meeting room bookings
• Event space rental

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking

2.2 Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept payments through Razorpay (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
• Prices are subject to change without notice

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Day Passes: No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date
• Meeting Rooms: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance for a full refund
• Monthly Memberships: 7-day notice required for cancellation
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

3. Usage Rules

3.1 General Conduct

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment
• Keep noise levels reasonable
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on premises
• Respect other members' privacy and workspace

3.2 Facility Use

• Clean up after yourself in common areas
• Return furniture and equipment to their original positions
• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
• Do not move furniture without staff permission

3.3 Hours of Operation

• Standard hours: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Closed on Sundays and national holidays
• 24/7 access available for private suite members

4. Security and Safety

• You are responsible for your personal belongings
• SproutBox is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal items
• Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
• ID verification may be required for entry

5. Internet and Technology

• High-speed WiFi is provided as a courtesy
• We are not responsible for internet outages or connectivity issues
• Do not engage in illegal downloads or activities
• Respect bandwidth limitations

6. Parking

• Parking is available at Mall of Mysore
• Parking fees are separate and payable directly to the mall
• SproutBox is not responsible for vehicles or their contents

7. Liability

• SproutBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• You agree to indemnify SproutBox against claims arising from your use of the facility

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone
• Terminate memberships for violation of these terms
• Remove individuals from the premises for disruptive behavior
• No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
